SUBJECT : Commendation, job well done and a message of thanks
We would like to give a pat on the back and a job well done to all K9 members who participated in the last three major activities of the Team. To recall, the team participated in the following tournaments:
1. Pugad Lawin 3 Jungle Speedball – CHAMPION (February, 2008);
2. Krukspec Pampanga Speedball – 2nd Place (March 15, 2008); and
3. Pugad Lawin 2 Jungle Speedball – CHAMPION (April 5, 2008)
Without EVERYONE’S hard work and dedication, none of these victories would be possible. A special commendation goes to the following branches of the team, for their contributions:
1. Our team gunsmiths and techies that supplied and equipped us with our ever reliable and most treasured toys;
2. The hq at 7th ave for the planning venue and a place where we can keep our trophies; (mwahahahaha!!! *devilish laughter)
3. The logistics squad for whose invaluable support got our boys through hungry, tiring, thirsty and CRANKY times;
4. Our brother photography enthusiasts who captured the intense fighting, happy moments, sweet moments (?) and of course bloopers; lastly
5. The squad leaders and players who brainstormed tactics, strategies and physically participated in the events for their blood, sweat and tears.
All of these contributions showed team solidarity! There are only a few teams (we might be the only team) in the airsoft community that can muster and demonstrate the hard work and dedication that you have shown.
We have seen everyone’s overflowing pride. For three years, the veterans of the team dreamt of this moment. Now, we are living the dream. We however, must not forget who we were and who we are. We are Airsoft enthusiasts who value most of all our brotherhood (and sisterhood), our team pride, the fun of the sport of airsoft and our FRIENDSHIP. Let’s keep to humbly excel and more CHAMPIONSHIPS to come!
