December 22, 2009 Sir / Madam: You are cordially invited to attend the First Major Air Soft Competition ¡§Mayor's Cup¡¨ to be held on the 16th of January, 2010, Saturday at the Pozorrubio Sports Complex. We would like to introduce our new established Air Soft Team P.A.T.U. ( Pozorrubio Air Soft Tactical Unit ).
We humbly encourage your team to participate and we hope that this competition will inspire Air soft players to pursue spreading camaraderie and will be an enjoyable friendly experience for all who attend. It is our goal to satisfy all attendants and do our best to make the competition as smoothly run as possible.
Registration may be completed via email or text message. Ten(10) Man Team and fee is 250php per player (which includes lunch). We strongly urge you to pay your registration fees on time to guarantee that there is enough room for competition events and that there are adequate number of available slots to accommodate the participants.
On the day of the competition, Please immediately register your teams. For the standard gun FPS [430], chronometer testing session will begin at exactly 7:00 am.

Game Rules and Regulations
These are the General Game Rules a team must follow. Please be reminded to respect our Rules and Regulations when playing on our war site. FOR STRICT COMPLIANCE.
WAR SITE RULES
Ć Bringing of real firearms are not allowed. Possible Police detention is at hand. Ć Always wear protective eye gear in the combat zone. Ć Full Battle Gear (or BDU) are advise to be worn. Opposing this rule is discretion of the Team Leaders. Organizers are not LIABLE for any injured players if a Team disobey this rule. Ć Persons under the influence of drugs or alcohol are NOT ALLOWED to play. Ć No wearing of white shirts, mask or anything that will conceal white BBs. Neglecting this rule will automatically disqualify team / team players.
GUN SAFETY RULES AT NEUTRAL AREAS
Ć Guns must be considered loaded at all times. Ć Never point the gun at anybody or anything that is not intended to be shot. Ć Never place a finger on the trigger until ready to fire. Ć No firing of gun in an open public area even for the purpose of gun testing. Guns should be in good condition prior to competition and guns are fired only in the war site during the competition. Ć Only P90 with stock mag is allowed. Ć Maximum of 4(Four) mags only. (Limited). LAYLAX Box Mag are not allowed to be used. Suspension or disqualification of team / team player will be applied.
COMBAT RULES
Ć No hiding among non-combatants. Ć No faking. Active players disguising as non-combatant during the game is prohibited. Ć No blind firing. Players can only shoot targets visible to their view. Ć No hooking of Gun. When in the move for attack or assault, a player must not hook off his gun to an opponent who is hiding. Deduction of points or disqualification will be applied. Ć No Gun batting during competition. Ć No shooting or passing outside the perimeter of the combat zone during the game. Ć Physical contact is not allowed between opponents. Ć No Overkill. When the Marshall of the game declared hit to a player, spontaneous firing to an opponent are no longer tolerated. Suspension or disqualification will be applied.
ELIMINATION RULES
Ć A hit must be declared after sustaining a direct or penetrating shots. Ć Friendly fire or a hit from a teammate is considered a hit. Ć Shot from an unknown source is considered a hit. Ć Obvious ricochet shots do not count as a hit. Ć Shooting at an opponent must be stopped immediately after a hit is declared. Ć No shooting to an opponent within the 5 Meter Range. Disadvantaged (eg. Gun down player) player must be asked to surrender, or tap an opponent within range (knife kill) instead of shooting to avoid infliction of injury. Ć An eliminated player must acknowledge a hit by shouting "Hit!" and/or raising of the weapon and walk out of the combat zone with the weapon raised above the head. Ć Marshall are the only one who can declare hit to a player. Do not argue with the Marshall if uncertain call had given. Marshall's decision is Final. Ć Do not shoot the Marshall. Suspension or disqualification will be applied. Ć Air soft guns which did not pass the gun chronometer testing with the standard FPS, are STRICTLY not allowed to be use. Anyone caught using other air soft guns which did not undergo chronometer testing will automatically disqualified. Ć Random Chronometer testing will be applied for safety & prevention of injury.
NON-COMBATANT AND ELIMINATED PLAYERS RULES
Ć No one is allowed to watch or stay in the combat zone without protective eye gear. Ć Avoid crossing the line of fire of active players during the competition. Ć No coaching, interacting, or disturbing active players during the game. Ć Only the Team Leader can approach the Grievances Committee desk for concerns & grievances of eliminated team players.
NOTICE: Organizers has the right to Update Game Rules during the competition for safety & injury prevention.
Warning: If Rules of Engagement are violated due to unjust and unfair play during the competition, possible deduction of team points or disqualification will be impose.
